Shipping policy
Not all of our products are available for purchase online. NZ Made lounge suites, chairs and wooden furniture are only available in store. Please contact the store directly for details.
Delivery Times:
Once your order is placed your approximate order dispatch date* can be checked online (within 72 hours of your order being placed). If your item is not in stock then the approximate dispatch date should show on this order confirmation, but if not please check online regularly as shipping dates can change and are unfortunately out of our control. If you are not happy with your dispatch date, please notify us immediately.
Please note that it can take up to 2-10 working days to organize for goods to be ready for delivery (even when they are in stock), as we need to get your product from our various warehouses around the country. Once dispatched, goods can also take up to 1-2 weeks for North Island to arrive to you. We do everything in our control though to ensure your goods get to you as quickly and safely as possible!
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to ship furniture to the South Island.
Signing for Delivery
When signing for your delivery from the freight company - check it over and note any damages/issues. There are no rights of return/complaint about any damages/issues not noted and signed for at the time of delivery. If the item is flat-packed, please check the individual pieces to make sure there is no obvious damage. If you cannot do this we recommend you pay for your goods via credit card so you have product protection insurance.
